Exercise Rehab / Strength and Conditioning Consults

At Principle Four Osteopathy we regularly see clients for the treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal complaints.  Many of these clients come initially for an assessment and diagnosis with an expectation of just manual therapy.  Whilst manual therapy plays an important role in the treatment of many of these complaints, we are also big believers in exercise / strength and conditioning and encourage all of our clients to get active if they aren’t already to assist in the rehab of their complaint or to build capacity and performance following the resolution of their complaint.  In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a range of exercises that we have prescribed to help with building balance, control and strength in the trunk, lower body and upper body as an adjunct to the other activities that they regularly enjoy participating in (running and yoga).  Every 4, 6 or 8 weeks we will review our clients progress and prescribe an updated strength and conditioning program that is tailored to their current status and future goals.
