Your Environment Is Your Training Playground

I hear people say all the time that they cannot exercise unless they have a gym to go to.  I absolutely disagree with this and feel that there are many great mobility and strength exercises we can perform in a small 2*2 metre floor space or using the environment around us.  Please ignore the fact that this photo is in a gym, but the reason I added this photo in below is that it shows that we can use almost anything to help with our training.  You can use the walls, ceiling attachments, doorways etc etc to help vary your training routine up. Outside we can use the park, park benches and playgrounds as well.
