Elevated Push Up To Superman

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an elevated push up (feet on bench) and then transitioning to a superman hold (opposite hand and leg raised off the ground).  This requires maintaining a stable trunk with two points of contact.   This exercise can also be performed from a ground based position.
