Dynamic Shoulder Stretch

This blog post follows on from the recent static shoulder stretch.  In this article we take a look at how you can progress the static shoulder stretch by adding movement.  You can introduce movement slowly to exercise to help build flexibility/mobility through range of motion.  I would advise you perform this exercise by placing hands on the ground, slowly creeping the bottom away from the hands until you feel a stretch and then creep it back towards the hands to reduce the stretch feeling.  The idea is that once you raise your hips off the ground and start moving forwards and backwards with the hips you will slowly engage the stretch.
