Dynamic Landmine Shoulder Press

In the video below we see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a dynamic landmine shoulder press.  As you can see from the video he will drop into a partial squat to load the body and will then explode out of this position to generate force and power and movement of the bar.  On the return phase, you are required to catch the bar and stabilize through the shoulder and load again before exploding out of this position.  This is an example of how you can train your shoulders more a more explosive movement to create speed and power.
