Dumbbell Push Up To Single Arm Posterior Fly

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a dumbbell push up to single arm posterior fly.  This is a challenging exercise as it requires strength in the upper body and torso whilst performing a bilateral push movement and then performing a single arm horizontal shoulder movement whilst maintaining stability in the grounded upper limb and torso.  When undertaking this exercise, make sure you select a dumbbell weight load that will let you perform 5-8 single arm rows.
