The Doorway Lat Stretch

In the image below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a lat stretch (back) using the doorway as an anchor point.  At Principle Four Osteopathy we are big  believers in prescribing stretches and exercises that our clients can perform at both home and work so that there are as little barriers as possible with regards to undertaking their daily exercise routine.  One can vary where they place their hand on the doorway to alter the stretch as well as manipulate the position of their body to further stretch their lats.
