Principle Four Osteopathy would like to congratulate Dougie Graham on his success in the Mens Novice Division and then Masters Over 40’s bodybuilding competition.

Dougie won the first trophy of the day for best routine and came 4th in each division.

IMG_5344Osteopath Heath Williams has been seeing Dougie regularly in his lead up to this event and has seen a massive change in Dougie’s physique during this time.  All the hard training and nutritional changes Dougie has made over the last 3-6 months has paid off.

For those of you who would like to get on down and see a body building competition in action.  Get down to the Australian Health and Fitness Exhibition at the Exhibition Centre this coming weekend.  Dougie will be competing again the Novice and Masters events on Saturday at around 12:30pm.  Tickets are $30 and can be bought at https://tickets.fitnessexpo.com.au/online/.
