Combining Chop and Lift Exercise With Pallof Press

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a low to high chop and lift combined with a pallof press.  This is a great exercise that incorporates a combination of rotation movements across the midline with anti rotation.  Seems strange as a concept, but is a great exercise for the core that involves whole body movement.
