Closed Chain Shoulder Mobility with Stability Challenge Using The Swiss Ball

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a closed chain shoulder mobility drill (flexion/extension) with stability challenge using the swiss ball.  The closed chain position has been selected so to allow the shoulder joint to be compacted to help with centralisation of the humeral head and activate the shoulder stabilisers.  The swiss ball has been added to create a stability challenge to the movement (so that the shoulder has to react and control itself) as I move through flexion and extension of the shoulder joint.  This is a great way to introduce some stability and mobility to the shoulder for movements above 90 degrees.
