Checking out the Bulgarian Bag in Action

We have recently acquired some Bulgarian Bags at both of our Principle Four Osteopathy clinic locations.  These are a great addition to our already well equipped studio and will allow our osteopaths to add further variety to your exercise routine and or rehabilitation program.

I have selected a number of videos that demonstrate the various movements and exercises that the Bulgarian Bag can be used for.  They are great for upper body, core and lower body conditioning and are one of those tools that allows you to train the whole body, not just an isolated segment.

What Weights Do They Come In?

The Bulgarian Bags come in a variety of weights, ranging from 5kg, 8kg, 12kg, 17kg and 22kg.  We have purchased the 8, 12 and 22kg to allow for a variety of exercises and body shapes and strengths.
