Calisthenics Session With Ninja Warrior Caine Tsang

This week I was lucky enough to get to spend some time with Ninja Warrior and Virgin Active Personal Trainer Caine Tsang.  Caine took us through some mobility warm up drills as well as working on the cossack squat, single leg squat and skin the cat variations on the rings.  For anyone interested in bodyweight training and calisthenics, I would highly recommend you touching base with Caine at Virgin Active (Bourke St) Melbourne.   Check out Caine at https://www.instagram.com/cain_oo/?hl=en

Trains – We are a short 5 minute walk from Flinders St Station, Parliament and Melbourne Central train station.
