Calf Myofascial Release Using A Kettlebell

If you are looking to mobilise your calf muscles and you dont have a foam roller or other similar tool to use, then look no further than the kettlebell.  The kettlebell is a great alternative to use and one can rest their leg on the kettlebell handle and move their leg or foot to create movement into the tissues when the calf is resting on the bell.  In the video below you will see two such examples of how this can be carried out and these are just a couple of ways one can perform this.
