Cadillac Spring Assisted Core – Dragonfly Exercise

Now I know I am probably not getting the correct name of this exercise from a pilates point of view, but from my point of view I am calling this a Cadillac spring assisted dragonfly exercise.  It requires one to maintain stability through the shoulder girdle, trunk, hips and legs and is an excellent exercise for training the core.

Pilates educator and trainer Jodie Sheehy is demonstrating this below and this will be one of the many exercises shown on the up and coming pilates workshop for health professionals.
