Bosu Ball hip Thruster

In the image below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a bosu ball hip thruster which forms part of their weekly exercise program.  The hip thruster is an extension on the hip bridge and adds load to this movement to challenge primarily the glutes.  The bosu ball has been added to this exercise to allow the individual to perform the hip thruster through a greater range of motion. The design of the bosu ball is such that there is also an element of movement in the ball and therefore the individual is also required to stabilise through their torso when performing this exercise.
