Bodyweight / Calisthenics Workshop With Caine Tsang PT & Ninja Warrior Contestant

Principle Four Osteopathy recently had Caine Tsang Virgin Active Personal Trainer and Season 1 Ninja Warrior Contestant take osteopaths Heath Williams, Tim McNamara, Josh Davis, Shaun Coghlan and Vic Uni 5th Year Osteo Intern Jarrod Testa through a range of upper and lower mobility and calisthenics exercises.  In the images and videos below you will see some examples of what was covered for our workshop.  This was a great session as it is very applicable to both our own training, but also that of our clients from a rehab and performance point of view.
