Bilateral Kettlebell Suitcase Romanian Deadlift

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a bilateral kettlebell suitcase romanian deadlift.  This is similar movement pattern and hand hold to that of a trap bar romanian deadlift, but requires the individual to balance the weight in each hand which is requires slightly more stability and control than the trap bar.  The bilateral kettlebell suitcase hold can be used for conventional deadlifts or romanian deadlifts. The main difference between the romanian and conventional deadlift being that the romanian is more hip dominant (fixed knee position) and greater translation of the hip posteriorly.
