Bilateral Kettlebell Press With Varied Kneeling Stances

The kettlebell press is probably one of my favourites for building upper body vertical pressing strength.  Typically most people will perform a vertical pressing movement from a standing or seated position.  At Principle Four Osteopathy we try to build strength across a variety of stances and in the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a bilateral kettlebell shoulder press from tall kneeling (bilateral) to split kneeling stance (lunge position) to open hip position.  This requires the individual to adapt and stabilise across varied base of supports and ensures that they are constantly adapting to change in body position.
