Bilateral Kettlebell Load and Carry

Recently I have been adding in some kettelbell load and carry exercises into my training program 1 – 2 week to work on general conditioning as well as develop some additional strength endurance in my grip.  In the video below you will see a demonstration of the bottom up kettlebell overhead hold which requires a great deal of stability and control through ones hand, wrist, shoulder complex and core whilst carrying a kettlebell by ones side.  These exercises can be used within a program by having someone look to complete a distance or time based carry.
