Bent Over Trap Bar Row | Whats Your Positioning Like?

In the image below you will see osteopath Nathan Burke of Beaconsfield Osteopathy demonstrating a trap bar bent over row.  The aim of this exercise is to load the back with a horizontal pulling movement.  One must also be able to stabilise their torso in a bent over hinge position.  When it comes to the bent over row, it is important that one maintains a neutral torso position and stiffness so to avoid any unnecessary stress being placed through the back.
