Bent Over Double Handed Close Grip Kettlebell Row

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a bent over double handed close grip row.  This is similar to the bent over torsonator row, seated row and chest supported row, but requires one to hinge and stabilise through the torso.  As with all training, it is important to vary the exercise (through change in position, type, equipment and other acute training variables) so that the body is required to adapt to a constantly changing stimuli.  When regularly alternating it is also important to select training variables (loads, sets reps) that challenge oneself.
