Banded Glute Activation Drills

When it comes to using bands as part of your movement prep or rehab/prehab for glute work, look no further than how the micro/mini and larger 41 inch bands can be used in the photos below.  Osteopath Heath Williams has shown a variety of different positions that the bands can be used with a lateral walk to engage glute activation.  From a clinical perspective I have found that some clients respond better with some of these than others.  I am not entirely sure why this happens, but I am always looking to find what works best for my clients and will enable them to achieve the goal of the exercise.
