Band Assisted Squat and Cossack Squat

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a band assisted squat and cossack squat.  The use of the band helps with balance and stability and allows for exploration of greater range whilst aiming to keep an upright trunk position (which for me is a common area of compensation).  One could look to perform 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions and look to perform the same movement unassisted (without band) to build strength through range just explored.
