Band Assisted Chin Ups

Incorporating bands into your workout routine can be a great way to develop strength and technique of many exercises.  In the video below we see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating how the power band can be incorporated into a program to help an individual perform a full range of motion chin up.  The use of the band lets the individual feel what the exercise is like through full range of motion and also allows them to perform repetitions of this movement to build conditioning rather perhaps the 1-3 repetitions that they could perhaps only perform if they didn’t have any assistance.
