Back Extension Using The Barbell & Cage

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a back extension using the barbell which is placed in the rack. This is a great variation for those who do not have access to a swiss ball or back extension bench.   When it comes to performing a back extension there are a number of ways one can do this i.e  keep the spine neutral and perform the movement from the hips or look to segmentally flex/extend from each aspect of the spine.
