Anterior Lunge with Clubbell Reach to Isometric Hold

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an anterior lunge with clubbell reach forwards followed by an isometric hold.  The anterior reach with clubbells below knees creates a greater degree of hip flexion and therefore works to load up the gluteals.  The isometric hold aspect of the exercise requires Heath to control and stabilise the clubbells through the upper limb and torso.
