A Frame Into Half Hindu Exercise

In the video below we see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy start in the A-Frame position and then move through the half hindu exercise.  These movements have been borrowed from Zuu Training and also look very similar to yoga movements.

For those looking to train their shoulder and chest strength through range of motion, then this is a great bodyweight exercise.  You can progress or regress this exercise by changing the start/finish position, altering the range of motion throughout the movement as well as speed of movement.
