4 Point Kneeling Foam Roller Knee Lift – Core Exercise

In the image below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a 4 point kneeling foam roller knee lift.  This exercise can be regressed to 4 point kneeling with a simple knee lift (aim to maintain stability through the spine) or can be made harder by challenging ones base of support with an unstable surface underneath the feet (feet on the foam roller).  Perform this exercise for time or repeat for sets and reps.
