3 Point Kneeling Thoracic Mobiliser Drill With Stable ScapTx joint

This is simply another variation on the 3 point kneeling thoracic spine mobility drill that we have seen a previous blog post by osteopath Heath Williams.  By placing the hand on the head we are looking to create stability around the scapulothoracic joint.  As with the previous post, osteopath Heath Williams uses his upper limb to drive motion through the body.  He uses his upper limb to move in the frontal and transverse plane to create rotation and side bending reactions in the thoracic spine.
